3 Age Verification (KYC)

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 BDT.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 3–5 minutes.

5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw your winnings from golbets, the following rules apply:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may require additional verification.
• Without completed KYC, withdrawals cannot exceed ৳5,000 BDT per day.

6 Bonus & Promotions Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.

7 Betting Rules

All betting activity on golbets is governed by specific rules. Make sure you understand the rules of the relevant game or match before placing a bet.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Golbets reserves the right to void bets in the event of an odds error.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the last successfully submitted bet will remain valid.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on golbets:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Using betting software, bots, or automation tools.
• Hacking an account or attempting unauthorized access.
• Using another person's account or buying and selling accounts.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Golbets may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For legal reasons.

You may request to close your account at any time. The account will be closed within 7 business days of receiving your request, and any eligible funds will be returned.
